Earl Belony
Sales Director
Having been with SJH All-Plant since 2005, Earl is now heads up the dynamic sales unit. As well as ensuring that all orders, sales and acquisitions run smoothly, while remaining on top of any new developments, he also provides coaching for younger members of the sales team and gives them the benefit of his own experience through mentoring and advice. As if this wasn't enough, Earl supervises yard personnel and makes all arrangements for the transportation of plant in and out of the yard.
Earl hasn't always been in this role however, having started out with a far more hands-on role. His first job was as a groundworks digger driver, before he eventually bought his own digger and became an independent owner-operator. His expertise in this field has been put to good use since he joined SJH All-Plant in 2005.
Away from the business, Earl has a passion for motorbikes and golf and can be found socialising with friends and family at the weekends.
